Michael Anthony
I'm often asked
"How did you get started"?
Michael Anthony has been in the culinary field for over 30 years.
​
He began as a savory chef specializing in Italian cuisine with the culmination of being the chef/owner of Calogero's Italian Eatery in Deltona along with his family.
​
After moving on from that experience
Michael Anthony wanted to find an avenue to use his creative & artistic skills.
​
He took a small class on Cake decorating at Michael's Crafts. He was so excited that he had to learn as much as he could.
​
He began taking classes around the country from Georgia to Chicago to learn more and more about cake decorating
​
After 5 years of learning the basics,
Michael Anthony opened his cake studio in
Lake Mary on January 1st,2008.
​
As the years have passed Michael has grown with the trends and refined his fundamental skills of baking & decorating
​
The tagline he uses sums up his philosophy
"Celebrated Cake Designs" to Michael means that every cake made no matter how big or expensive it is should be a cake that is "Celebrated" as delicious and beautiful.

It is truly a "Memory that last a Lifetime"
